Getting Lean, Sexy, & Rich
Hello,
PT Barnum (who became wealthy before he even started The Greatest Show on Earth) wrote in his book, The Art of Money Getting, that the foundation of riches and happiness is good health.
In the effort to become healthy and rich, he recommended that people study what he called the "laws of health." So, according to him, staying healthy helped you get rich, and there's plenty of research showing that staying lean and healthy helps you have better sex.
I wrote a course that describes the Law of Health, but in today's podcast I describe how an article in the New England Journal about behaviors that lead to weight gain or weight loss support those laws of health.
The biggest mistake I see people make in the effort to stay lean and healthy and sexy is to focus greatly on what to leave out of their life and to put little effort into putting supportive things into their life.
This podcast gives you a very dfinite list of what to put into your life. Of course it tells you what to leave out as well--but focus on eating and doing more of those things that lead to weight loss--and the others will simply slip away.

Sex Energy, Sperm Production, and an Experiment Done in 1963 on 6 Medical Students

In 1963, Dr. Freund (from New York Medial College) did an experiment on 6 medical students where he depleted their stored semen with 10 days of at least 2 ejaculations per day.
What he saw over the next 5 months gives a very big clue to how sex energy works.
